He runs OnyxFire with a focus on partnership, family values, and the discipline instilled by military service.

An experienced technology professional with over 12 years in the industry with a well-rounded background in technical operations and team leadership.

He specializes in physical installations, prewire infrastructure, bringing a hands-on approach and strong technical expertise to every project.

Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars and electronics, continuing his passion for troubleshooting, building, and improving complex systems.

Joshua brings to OnyxFire his experience working with Microsoft products for the past 9 years, as well as his willingness to do better, be better, and resolve customer issues as quickly as possible.

His hobbies are spending quality time with his 3 children and 3 cats.

David Heil has 25 plus years in the IT industry. His work focuses on managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing proactive solutions that prevent downtime before it happens.

He is a Christian husband, Father, and Grandfather.

In his free time, David enjoys playing golf, woodworking, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Norris has been an IT professional for over 25 years covering Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, and iOS systems for global and Federal customers with a focus on high security requirements and data retention.

He enjoys photography and has a passion for helping people with special needs.

With over 13 years of IT experience, Justin is a seasoned IT specialist with a proven track record of driving operational excellence across complex, high-impact environments. His background includes managing daily IT operations, system performance, and service continuity within the Department of Defense, where he coordinated cross-functional teams, oversaw software development lifecycles, and ensured compliance with cybersecurity and governance standards.

Justin brings strong skills in incident response, resource planning, and operational documentation to support uninterrupted mission delivery. Known as a trusted advisor in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, he has consistently improved system reliability, streamlined workflows, and enhanced stakeholder satisfaction.
